Privacy notice.

How we use the details you send us through this website, and your rights over them.

Who we are

The Photographers Agency Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16544990). We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us about it at info@thephotographersagency.com or on 0333 049 5599.

What we collect

When you send a brief through this website, we collect your name, company, work email and the details you give us about your project and budget. When you book a call, our booking service collects your name, email and anything you add to the booking.

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used. They don’t identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and follow up about that project. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We don’t sell your data, and we won’t add you to marketing emails unless you ask.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the website, receive and store enquiries, send email and book calls (Framer, Airtable, Google Workspace and Calendly). They process data on our behalf and only as we instruct. Some may store data outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and no longer than two years after our last contact unless we’re working together.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@thephotographersagency.com and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
